Sit, Relax, Have a Rest, and Improve Your Self-esteem

In our fast, progressive times everything happens so quickly, that we do not have enough time to give to ourselves. We are running from home to work in the morning, and back in the evenings, trying to get as much money as we can. In the evening we watch different useless TV shows and aggressive movies, play freaky computer games, talk and gossip for hours on the telephone. In the end there is no time to rest. Even when we go to sleep - we cannot sleep, because we are too exhausted.

Time passes so fast that we forget to notice the things going around us and within. We have forgotten the fact that every minute of our stay on the planet Earth should bring us happiness and joy of living. We do not notice the beauty of the nature, the songs that birds are singing, the color of the bright amazing blue sky. Finally we are broke and frustrated. We hate the world we live, because we have no time to appreciate it. We hate ourselves because we are so tired and ill from the work we dislike. We discover that the life has passed by but we have not fulfilled our dream because we had no time for ourselves. Our self-esteem is lower than ever because we do not know who we are and what do we want, as again we had no time for ourselves to think all those things through.

So now it's time for us to sit, relax, have a rest and improve the self-esteem. From that day decide to give yourself just one hour a day, or may be more, off from any work, kids, family, friends, TV, radio, and all the problems in the world. Choose a comfortable chair in a quiet room, close your eyes and relax.

Let me explain what a man needs that time for. First of all, you need that time to think about yourself to find out what do you want to do in life to make yourself happy. Scan the talents you have or would like to develop. Think of the work you would like to do (not the job you are currently occupied with, except for if you like it). You will finally find the answer.

Second, use this time to develop self-esteem by positive self talk. Watch your thoughts flow from your subconscious, notice what you do not like, what your subconscious is telling you, and try to reprogram it by positive affirmations. Don't forget to remind yourself every day how unique and perfect you are. Tell yourself that you CAN, CAN, CAN accomplish everything in your life, because you are worthwhile. By discovering yourself more and more, you will start loving your personality and won't let anyone let you down in the future.

Thirdly you need that time for your creativity. If your time is always full of work, the only thing you are obviously thinking is what you are doing in the particular time. And like any human you can think only one thought in a time. So there is no space left in your brain to create something new.

I think now it is the right time to let go of all the problems and stresses. Try researching yourself; make your brain think about how to improve your life and your self-confidence. Use this time to learn from your past experience, not to make same mistakes over and over again.

Build a plan to maintain your present situation, to go on the higher, more desired level. Try this method and you will see your self-esteem rising higher and higher every day.

Go for it - improve your self-esteem by just relaxing!

Why never have any spire times?

The question is often asked why we never have any spare time in the modern life.

Well it is our poor choice management that much has been written about proper time management, but sometimes the advice focuses merely on making more efficient use of time. Get up earlier, delegate everything. Such advice does not really effectively address the problem of too many tasks. In fact, too much emphasis on time management makes one obsessive, always watching the clock and thinking about what task is scheduled next. So perhaps the nervousness over time management should give way to a more thoughtful care about choice management. Manage your life, not your time. Modern society suffers from an unwillingness to say, "No." Faced with too many options and too much pressure, we respond with too many YESES. We are afraid to deny to others or to ourselves the many opportunities, the many options, we face daily. But everything we choose requires Use Time.

There is an old proverb somewhere that says, "To accomplish more, do less." Success doesn’t require hard work, success requests smart work. Plan your day and enjoy accomplishing them.

I wish you Good Luck .

How to realize your Potential?

Every one of us has our own incredible capacity to accomplish our wildest dreams! Did you know? That, within you is the power to accomplish anything you want in your life but it will never happen if you are not tuned into your true desires.

For an example if you want to be succeeding in business, you may not be another mega-millionaire, but you will succeed in your endeavors. Set goals that you can achieve. Divide them into little tidbits that you can accomplish every day, every month, or every year. Set your goals for success.

Start immediately to accomplish the goals you have set. In fact, give yourself a task that you can finish by tomorrow. Think of yourself as a success in your endeavors. Live and breathe them until you have them.

Can you see yourself a year from now, having achieved a few goals?

Can you make the decision and commitment to become successful in your desires?

If you answer yes then you have the potential to accomplish anything you want.

People fail because they immediately fasten their attention to the negative. Change your thinking and work the part of your plan you can, do everything you can! Always appreciate everything, even if you feel like something could be negative. Understand that there is no right or wrong way to do something. Be thankful for your mistakes, and let them go!

Because, there are no mistakes only opportunities to learn.

Enjoy the moment, live your moment and forget the future or your past…

What do you want in life?

Wouldn't it be great to have a real life that made all our wishes come true? Well, forget it. That's not going to happen in this lifetime. Opportunity must be created - not wished for. If you wait around for things to happen, don’t wait for life to happen. Get out there and be what happens to life!
.
If you have no plan for your life, you have planned to fail. In other words, by doing nothing, we get nothing. We are the architect of our life. An easily established plan of action we can refer to that will help us get what we want in life.
.
So what is your plan?
What do you really want out of your life?
And what steps will you take to achieve them?
.
Now, get a pen and a blank sheet of paper, write something you want in life, and write five steps you will take to accomplish your desires. Keep the list with you and concentrate on it every day. Visualize yourself already having these goals. Devote time to working on your list, accomplishing your wants and they will happen for you. But you must participate in the effort to get them and not just wait around for them to happen. Keep a smaller version of your list with you at all times and refer to it as often as you can.
.
So, working with your goal list every day, whatever it takes, what else can you do? Keep your goals and desires in the forefront of your mind and do whatever it takes to make them become realities.
.
I wish you good luck with all your desires in life.
