Practice forgiveness and enjoy the power
Forgiveness is something we all should practice regularly on daily basis. Most of the world religions teaching on forgiveness and the most profound human example Mohammed (PBUH) as an example of someone who forgives others for their ignorance, even those who considered themselves to be his enemies.
Forgiveness is a gift for all Mankind, it is a peace of mind and a way of releasing ourselves from the pain we have experienced from others. Most of us have reflection of our past experiences so many negative and fearful emotions that make us feel powerless. Holding onto grievances only causes us pain, suffering and conflict. We refuse to expend a lot of energy thinking about how others have wronged us. Instead we can use our energy to focus on what we need to do most important things in life. We can't go along in life for too long before we have an opportunity to forgive someone. We may not verbally lash out, but we can get upset with people in our thoughts, without even realizing we need to forgive them. Release yourself. Let it go and know that the person who forgives is always strongest person.
Did you know that? Practicing forgiveness is not something we do for other people, we do it for our own sake to get well and move on. It does not change our past. Instead, it changes our feelings about the past. People who are willing and able to forgive tend to be more satisfied with their life. Let your friends, enemies or a person someone who hurts you know that you have forgiven.
However, forgiveness is taking positive action reconnecting us with our own power. I would encourage you to understand and allow yourself to exercise in forgiveness with your hand on your heart, take a deep breath and let it go. Let’s feel less stress, less anger, and more forgiveness.
Let’s practice forgiveness until it becomes one of our habits
Thank you for your precious time

Father & Son
An 80 year old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his45 Years old highly educated son. Suddenly a crow perched on their window.
The Father asked his Son, "What is this?"
The Son replied "It is a crow".
After a few minutes, the Father asked his Son the 2nd time, "What is this?"
The Son said "Father, I have just now told you "It's a crow".
After a little while, the old Father again asked his Son the 3rd time,"What is this?" At this time some expression of irritation was felt in the Son's tone when he said to his Father with a rebuff. "It's a crow, a crow".
A little after, the Father again asked his Son t he 4th time, "What is this?"
This time the Son shouted at his Father, "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times'ITIS A CROW'. Are you not able to understand this?"A little later the Father went to his room and came back with an old tattered diary, which he had maintained since his Son was born. On opening a page, he asked his Son to read that page. When the son read it, the following words were written in the diary:- "Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window. My Son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. I hugged him lovingly each time h e asked me the same question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child".
While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.
So..If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble and kind to them. Be considerate to your parents. From today say this aloud "I want to see my parents happy forever. They have cared for me even since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love on me.They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today".Say a prayer to God, "I will serve my old parents in the BEST way. I will say all good and kind words to my dear parents, no matter how they behave.

The man said, “Wait, judge when will I get out?”

Comments: I am looking for penpals all over the world. I am a single mother living in the United States and have never been out of this country though I have been all over. So i am interested in learning about other countries and its cultures.
I need to meet people who share my same interests and that can handle my weird sense of humor through emails and instant messages and that can put up with my gothic lifestlye.
I am honest and speak what is on my mind at all times and not in to head games or lies so if that is what you want don't waste our time. Most of the time though i like to just sit back and observe instead of joining in on the the conversation. You learn alot more that way.
All emails will receive a reply so come on and write what do you have to lose?

Job interview of a young engineer
Reaching the end of a job interview, the Human Resources Person asked a young Engineer fresh out of MIT, "And what starting salary were you looking for?"
The Engineer said, "In the neighborhood of $125,000 a year, depending on the benefits package."
The interviewer said, "Well, what would you say to a package of 5 weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays, full medical and dental, a company matching retirement fund for 50% of your salary, and a company car leased every 2 years -- say, a red Corvette?"
The Engineer sat up straight and said, "Wow! Are you kidding?"
Have great day!!!

Speaking and conversation techniques and strategies
Learners of English face many challenges as they continue to improve their speaking skills. A few of them are given here:
Vocabulary
There are a lot of words in the English language. It can be difficult to think of the right word at the right time - and even more difficult to know what to do if you can't find the word you want.
________________________________________
Keeping the conversation going
English speakers do this in several ways. They may ask direct questions or they may use question tags - phrases like 'don't you?' 'Isn't it?', or longer phrases such as 'Don't you think agree?' 'Isn't that so?' to invite comment and agreement. They also use various little noises - 'mmm...' 'ooohh' and phrases like 'ok' and 'I see' to show interest.
________________________________________
Understanding
There are many reasons why you might have difficulty understanding what someone says to you. Maybe they are speaking too quickly, or they are using vocabulary that you don't know, or you can't make out their accent. There are lots of strategies you can use to cope with these situations.
________________________________________
Appropriacy
This means saying the right thing, in the right way, at the right time. You might be able to say 'shut up!' to your friend without upsetting him or her, but if you said the same thing to your boss, parent or teacher, you might find yourself in trouble! Things to think about if you want to focus on appropriacy include word choice and intonation.
________________________________________
Fluency
Fluency means speaking naturally, confidently and without too many hesitations as you think about what you want to say. It doesn't mean 'speaking as quickly as possible'. Some people find that it's difficult to be fluent and accurate at the same time, but if you keep on stopping to think about grammar and vocabulary, you might come across as difficult to listen to and even boring!
________________________________________
Thinking time
Even fluent speakers need time to think! You can ask a question, repeat something, or use a 'filler' (a word like 'err') to give you time to organize your next sentence.
________________________________________
Pronunciation
Good pronunciation is important in conversation - but it's ok to have an accent! You need to be able to pronounce individual words clearly, and good intonation will help you to sound natural and get your meaning across.
Speaking and conversing in English can be difficult, but by using a few techniques and strategies, and practicing as much as you can, you will get better!

That's What Friends Are For
And I never thought I'd feel this way
And as far as I'm concerned
I'm glad I got the chance to say
That I do believe I love you
.
And if I should ever go away
Well then close your eyes and try
To feel the way we do today
And then if you can remember
.
Keep smiling, keep shining
Knowing you can always count on me, for sure
That's what friends are for
For good times and bad times
I'll be on your side forever more
That's what friends are for
.
Well you came in loving me
And now there's so much more I see
And so by the way I thank you
.
Oh and then for the times when we're apart
Well then close your eyes and know
The words are coming from my heart
And then if you can remember
.

Friendship
When you feel sad and betrayed
Who can you count on every single day?
When you feel lost and alone
Who will be there for you in every way?
When you've made mistakes and bad decisions
Who can you count on to tell you you're wrong?
When you feel you can't go on
Who will be there with a feel-better song?
Look into your heart and you will find
That person you can trust is not far away.
Look deep into yourself, don't give up,
For if you do, it's yourself you'll betray.
When you're looking for answers
To all your questions and dreams,
There is one person you can count on,
It's impossible, I know, it seems.
But take a few moments to look deeper inside.
Look into your heart and there you will see.
You'll be surprised when you find out
That you've been looking at ME.
Who will be there for you in every way?
When you've made mistakes and bad decisions
Who can you count on to tell you you're wrong?
When you feel you can't go on
Who will be there with a feel-better song?
Look into your heart and you will find
That person you can trust is not far away.
Look deep into yourself, don't give up,
For if you do, it's yourself you'll betray.
When you're looking for answers
To all your questions and dreams,
There is one person you can count on,
It's impossible, I know, it seems.
But take a few moments to look deeper inside.
Look into your heart and there you will see.
You'll be surprised when you find out
That you've been looking at ME.
